 The proposed Tube Mill is a combination of equipment installed in a line for the production of High Frequency Induction Welded tubes. The process involved is cold forming of steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into specified shape and cutting to pre determined length.      RN Φ100 high frequency longitudinally welded pipe production line is used to manufacture welded steel pipes of Φ35mm-Φ100mm with wall thickness 0.9mm-3.0mm and square pipes of 30mm*30mm-80mm*80mm with wall thickness 0.9mm-3.0mm. After absorbing advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designe production lines are not only economical, but also practical.
