(2) Specification :Cold work tool steels are essentially high carbon steels, which contain relatively low alloy additions of tungsten, manganese, chromium and molybdenum. These alloy additions increase hardenability, permitting oil quenching with less distortion than with the W series. The O series consists of relatively inexpensive steels, and their high carbon content produces adequate wear resistance for short run applications.
(3) Cold work tool steels are futher classified into three subgroups:
a. Air-hardening steels (A Series)
b.High-carbon,high-chromium steels (D Series)
c.Oil-hardening steels ( O Series)
(4) Application : Blanking dies, trim dies, forming dies, coining dies, drawing dies, punches, shear blades,knives,thread-rolling dies,forming rolls, powder compaction tooling, and many other applications involving metal forming

Q4 : What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ for each size is 500kgs ; MOQ for each order is around 25-27.5Tons(one container), customer can mix different grades and sizes in one container .
Q5 : How to ensure good quality ?
Over years our factory developed very mature acknowledge and unique patent technology to roll plates and rounds , especially very thin flats ,
to ensure qualified inner and surface quality . What's more , we have the very professional and experienced inspectors to do testing for each flat and each round before delivery . We can provide MTC for each steel .
